Admission Process

We welcome parents and students to National English Medium Public School and appreciate your interest in seeking admission. The admission process is designed to ensure a fair and transparent selection of students. Below are the details of the admission criteria and procedure:
1. Admission Criteria
• Admissions are open to students from all backgrounds based on merit.
• The admission is granted based on performance in the Entrance Examination.
• The entrance test will assess the student’s proficiency in subjects such as English,Kannada,Hindi and   Mathematics.
• Age criteria and grade eligibility will be as per school norms.
2. Entrance Examination Schedule
The entrance examination will be conducted in the months of March, April, and May. Specific dates will be communicated through the school notice board and website.
3. Admission Procedure
1. Registration: Interested parents must collect the admission form from the school office.
2. Entrance Examination: Students will appear for the entrance test as per the scheduled date.
3. Result Declaration: The results of the entrance test will be announced within a week of the examination.
4. Admission Confirmation: Students who clear the entrance examination will be informed, and they must complete the admission formalities within the given timeframe.
5. Document Submission: Parents are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission confirmation:
o Birth Certificate
o Previous School Report Card
o Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
o Passport-sized Photographs (4 copies)
o Any other documents as specified by the school
6. Fee Payment: Admission will be confirmed only after the payment of the prescribed fees.
